Stopping Time

pumpWe live in an ordinary time-space reality.  Nothing profound there.  We are use to this.  It is part of our nature.  Time holds us victim to its constraints sometimes.   To step out of time would be a curious thing–an impossibility really.  However there is a way for us to experience this phenomena right here and right now.  This stopping of time can be achieved through daily meditation practice.  One may ask what value is that?  The discipline of suspending thought empowers thought in a paradoxical way.  There seems to be a connection with the slowing of the brain waves through meditation practice and the then focused thought that is then projected.   The result is a more powerful thought form.  Why is this important?  Because thoughts are the cause or the builder of our reality.  What we think about we experience.  For good or ill.

Step out of time through daily meditation practice and keep your thoughts high–and watch your world change for the better.
