We live in an ordinary time-space reality. Nothing profound there. We are use to this. It is part of our nature. Time holds us victim to its constraints sometimes. To step out of time would be a curious thing–an impossibility really. However there is a way for us to experience this phenomena right here and right now. This stopping of time can be achieved through daily meditation practice. One may ask what value is that? The discipline of suspending thought empowers thought in a paradoxical way. There seems to be a connection with the slowing of the brain waves through meditation practice and the then focused thought that is then projected. The result is a more powerful thought form. Why is this important? Because thoughts are the cause or the builder of our reality. What we think about we experience. For good or ill.
Step out of time through daily meditation practice and keep your thoughts high–and watch your world change for the better.

Besides motivation and momentum, sometimes just getting started is the biggest hurdle. Those times when you just can’t get in gear for the job at hand can be challenging. A sure way to decrease the “overwhelm” is a simple physical act: Just clean off your desk. That’s right, just clear everything off and wash off the desk surface. You can put all the “stuff” in some other area for now where you won’t have to see it–save the sorting for some other time–because now its time to get to work!
Sometimes the simplest actions create the biggest effect, and this one works every time. With a clear, clean, creative surface to work on, our productivity increases. Our thoughts become clearer. It’s easier to focus without all the clutter. This is a basic Feng Shui technique that incorporates the practical with the spiritual. As “cleanliness is next to godliness,” we can all at least work like a god.
